N/B - Ambanja (Cocoa Region)
Arrival at the airport of N/B, Transfer to the port of Ankify by speed boat to Ambanja. Where a small car or minibus or 4WD is waiting to transfer you to the hotel in Ambanja. Visit of the plantations of cocoa, Vanilla, green pepper,...in the afternoon, back to the hotel at the end of the afternoon 16h30.
Visit of the waterfall "Au bon Père"
You visit a traditional hospital for healing broken legs, hands, for massage at Ambobaka; you see a big Baobab on the way. To reach the waterfall. You take a pirogue, you take advantage of swimming. Picnic lunch there. Back to the hotel at 16h30.
Visit of the grey Tsingy of Ankarana (Mahamasina)
Drive to Mahamasina 135Km. You cross the town of Ambilobe called Mahavavy, the name of the river. Short stop at Ambilobe to visit the town. Lunchat at Mahamasina, Ankarana. After lunch start to explore the park with its lemurs, birds, Snakes,... 17h back to the hotel.
Mahamasina - Diégo Suarez
Visit the Red Tsingy. 7h30 departure from the hotel, 110km drive. The continue to the sacred Lakes of Anivorano. Where you see the crocodiles. For the Red Tsingy, the 34 Km of sandroad to reach the Red Tsingy. Admire the beauty of the canyons, the colour white and red of the soil. Picnic at the local restaurant. At the end of the afternoon. Overnight at a hotel in Diégo, the capital city of the North region.
D/s - 3 Baies (30Km drive)
8h, on the way to the 3 Baies, photos stop at the loaf of sugar (Pain de Sucre), you will watch the forest of baobabs, then before reaching the destination. You visit one of the biggest baobab. Then your guide will explain that Diégo is the second largest bay in the world. The history of colonial wars, you see canons, the vestiges of wars. Lunch at Ramena. Swimming at the beach. 16h30 back to the hotel.
Amber Mountain
After breakfast, you will visit Joffre Ville, then continue to Amber Mountain to explore its exceptional fauna and flora; the Park is the oldest protected forest in Madagascar. It's rainforest where you see the smallest chameleons in the world called 《BROOKESIA MINIMA》1 inch size. Lemurs abound, you will discover its waterfalls, its endemic plants, endemic or introduced. Lunch at the camping site or in local restaurant. 16h30 back to the hotel.
Diégo Suarez - N/B
6h30, early departure to the port of Ankify were you take a speed boat to Nosy-Be. Arrival at Nosy-Be around 14h. End of service
